coins that I need prices for

Just a warning before I start---I'm inexperienced when it comes to grading coins. Here are the coins I have:

1983 small bust canadian nickel I think its an F-12 grade.
1984 Papua New Guinea penny need a site to check the grade
3 United States wheat pennies : 1935, 1944, 1954 need a site for these too

just tell me if you know the price or a site to check the grades of any coin at all

There are no sites for checking grades on foreign coins. Generally all the rules that apply regular coins apply for grading most coins.

To really understand coins you must by the Krause World book and a grading book.

Joining a forum is also good.

1983 Canadian nickel F-12 is about $0.05 because below MS-60 it is not listed.

1984 Papua New Guinea penny
is 1 Toea and in UNC it is $0.45 below that is not listed.
I would estimate that it would be $0.05 in fine only because the country is so remote.

US cents you listed are about $0.10 to $0.15 in very-fine.
The few sites I found for US coins give exaggerated values. Forums and eBay are your best sources.
Again a book is the best the Red Book by Yeoman. If you understand that these are selling values you will be fine.

were all those selling prices in US currency?

Yes, a buyers price is listed in the Blue Book and would always be about ten percent of the Red Book price.

While US cents sell for $0.15 they have a buyers price of $0.03.
